Cori has a deep rooted and age-old olive tradition appreciated both by the Romans and the nobles living in Rome during the Renaissance. Today Agnoni familiy goes on with this ancient tradition handed down from generation to generation by farmers in Cori. The family estate produces three olives varieties typical of the territory: Frantoio, Leccino and the estimeed Itrana.
